What is the ikernal error?

What causes the ikernal error message:

Two installs running side by side.

• WorkShop
• Site Files

Result: WorkShop will be installed, however the site files will not be installed.

How to install the site files:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Download your site license file by logging in and selecting Site License Files from the Support menu.
   • Browse the WorkShop CD for FTSite.exe. It is located in the WorkShop folder within PLC WorkShop for Siemens 505
2. Run FTSite.exe.
3. Verify that WorkShop prompts for the site password. If the error message FTKEY not found is received, the site file has not been installed.
