What do I do if I receive a message stating “Error reading FSS file”?

This message usually means you are attempting to open a program file with an incompatible older version of the WorkShop software. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of WorkShop to ensure the best compatibility.

To see which version of WorkShop you are running, select the Help \ About menu item. The software version is indicated on the first line of the About box.
